Nice property with great views to the bay of Jávea and the sea. It is located in the residential area of Costa Nova Panorama at 4 km from the main sandy beach of Jávea. This home is in the lower level, just in front of the pool, and the upper flat is closed and empty.
The living surface has about 90 m², renewed in 2005, has a living room with TV and DVD, dining room, well equiped kitchen (dishwasher, micro-wave, etc), a double bedroom, a bathroom and twin bedroom.
The plot has about 1.100 m², it is landscaped, with a 8 x 4 mts. swimming pook, rounded of terraces and nice built barbecue.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.
The deposit of 500 euros (non-cashable) to be left at our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash. The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash. - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 110 euros to be paid on site. Air conditioning from the beginning of June to the end of September: 75 euros per week. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per week), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)...
