Modern luxury villa for eight people with private swimming pool and fabulous views of the bay of Javea. In a peaceful setting just 10 minutes drive from the main sandy Arenal beach which is lined with a lovely promenade and a great choice of bars, restaurants and boutique shops.
Shops 4 km. Arenal beach 4.5 km. Javea centre 7.5 km. Javea port 8 km.
The upper floor has two bedrooms have access to a modern shower room. Master suite (1 x 180 cm wide bed) with bathroom (whirlpool bath and shower).
The ground floor (main level) has a spacious living and dining area with fireplace and study corner. Perfectly equipped kitchen (vitro-ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine...). Laundry room. Encircled by a large covered terrace where you can enjoy the views and sunshine all day long.
The pool level floor has a small sitting room with television, bar (fridge, microwave...) which opens directly on to the patio terrace. There is a double bedroom on this level.
The house offers 350 m² of living space and the upper floor bedrooms each have a small sitting area and wardrobe as well as a television whilst the corridor has a fortified door and alarm system. Indeed there is a security system for the whole villa.
There garden has beautiful open space, a ten metre long pool, superb teak wood terrace with modern garden furniture, barbecue corner and a waterfall at the rear of the house, it all lights up nicely at night. Parking on the grounds for 2-3 cars.
This is a first rate luxury villa with splendid views of Javea.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.
The deposit of 1000 euros (non-cashable) to be left at our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash. The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 250 euros to be paid on site. - Air-conditioning: compulsory fixed price of 100 euros per week from 15/06 to 15/09 (optional for other periods) Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay, if accepted ... Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
