Large holiday house for up to sixteen people in Javea on the Costa Blanca. There are large grounds and a private pool, ideal for a number of families or friends wanting a relaxing holiday in the Spanish sunshine. Located just a short drive from the beach, shops and restaurants in Javea. Alicante airport 111km, Valencia airport 123km.
There is a living and dining room with television, DVD player and hifi. Seven double bedrooms complemented by put you up beds for a further three people if required. There are two bathrooms and two shower rooms.
The garden is lush and mature with plenty of space for children to play. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors under the shade. The pool is complemented by an outdoor shower.
This is a particularly good value property for a big group.

Property provided in good condition and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services, including water, gas and electricity (except air conditioning). Maintenance of the garden and pool. Changeover day is Saturday, arrival time is from 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.
The deposit of 1000 euros (non-cashable) to be left at our agency: credit card imprint compulsory or cash. The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: mandatory fixed price of 150 euros to be paid on site. - Air conditioning: 150 euros per week, compulsory from mid June to mid September. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)... Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
