In a fantastic location overlooking the sea this charming holiday house with private pool and garden is just a short drive from the beach and centre of Javea on the Spanish Costa Blanca. The villa Tortuga sleeps up to eight people. Alicante airport 111km and Valencia airport 123km.
The accommodation comprises a living and dining room with satellite television. Fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a triple bedroom (3 x 90cm wide beds). Bedroom with single sofa bed. Bathroom and shower room.
The interior décor is mainly neutral and white with highlights of blue, well suited to a seaside holiday home. Furnishings are comfortable and practical, slightly traditional in style.
It is the breath-taking views from the poolside which really make this villa special. The enclosed garden has a lawn and mature trees offering natural shade, the outside shower is useful when using the pool. There is plenty of garden furniture for relaxing by the pool and eating outside along with a built in barbecue area.
The limestone cliffs in Javea reveal a number of lovely creeks which are excellent for snorkelling. Towards the centre of town there is the main, gently sloping sandy beach with its lovely promenade lined with a fabulous selection of bars and restaurants along with boutique shops. Beyond is the pretty port and the authentic old town. There really is something for everyone but above all it is cosmopolitan and family friendly with a strong Spanish authenticity. Our local staff speak many languages and are on hand to assist if required.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes, reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.
Refundable deposit €800 payable locally by credit card slip, euro cheque or cash. Obligatory final clean payable locally 150€. Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit (per person) payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth per person. Heating for the house (if used). Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €60 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week. Cot and/or high chair available for hire on request 50€ per week payable locally. Pet supplement 50€.
Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day.
