The deposit of 3000 euros is not cashable and must be left at our agency: credit card imprint or cash. The following services are to be paid on the spot at your arrival and in cash: - Cleaning: compulsory fixed price of 160 euros to be paid on site. - Air conditioning: 75 euros per week. Optional, to be ordered in advance (at least one week before your arrival): - Linen: beds made on arrival two towels, one large and one small, tea towels: 15 euros per person per stay. - On request: high chair (50 euros per stay), baby bed (50 euros per stay), extra bed if accepted in the villa (80 euros per stay), pets (50 euros per pet per stay)... Supplements are to be paid on site in cash on arrival.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
