Heated pool: 190€ per week (Not available from 15/11 to 15/03)Monthly rental rates (28 days or more) do not include electricity. This is charged separately at 0.45 cent per KW. Air conditioning is available in all rooms of the house, on a chargeable basis. You must pay a refundable deposit of €500 on arrival, which we ask you to pay by credit card. You will be refunded within 7 days of departure. This cannot be done on the day of your departure, as many guests leave on the same day.

Depending on the country, the region or the town, a tourist tax can be applicable, which is payable either on-site or before your departure. The amount will vary for an adult between 0.50€ and 2.50€ per day. Depending on the local administrations, the exact amount is often known only late on and occasionally it can rise between when you make your reservation and the day of your entry in the property.
