Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Change-over day is Saturday, arrival time 16.00 to 19.00, departure before 10.00.

Refundable deposit €500 payable locally by credit card slip or cheque. Linen supplied at 15 euros per kit payable locally. Each kit comprises bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 hand towel, 1 dishcloth. Obligatory final clean payable locally 110€. Air-conditioning payable locally 90€. Heating for the house during holiday periods outside July or August and firewood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and catering. Pet supplement of €50 per stay per animal where they are allowed, as stated in the property description. Extra beds or person supplement of €80 per bed per week. Cot and baby chair 50€ each per stay payable locally. Pool heating if used 40 euros per day.
